*My Healthy Locks Journey*

I cannot help but feel like my retention needs to be kicked up a notch. I am seeing great upgrade posts lately from additional bloggers and I have to say that everyone is in the grow! Except me?! Still (quite happy) at MBL but nonetheless have a way to go until waist. maybe the new development is concealing some length?

* Honeyfig Wishlist: Curl Junkie Hibiscus & Banana Deep Repair Conditioner, and/or Salerm Wheat Germ Conditioning Treatment.

* Sulfur 8: I purchased the product a few days ago to (hopefully) boost my hair growth. There are always a lot of sulfur problems on the hair boards and many people swear by sulfur or sulfur-containing items (ie. MTG, MSM products etc) to improve hair growth. THEREFORE I though what on earth. I found the product at my regional beauty source for 5 dollars, and the sulfur content is certainly 2%. Pretty low risk experiment.

Usually for me personally, grease/pomade over the scalp means my hair will get greasy and will definitely get itchy the next day. I've been using this product and haven't washed my locks in a few times. While my scalp and new development is an essential oil slick (I'm large handed), my head isn't itchy in the least! Which is actually strange! I did so a little analysis and this product is supposed to greatly help with dandruff as well. Note that it smells unquestionably horrendous. Nonetheless it makes the distance of my locks pretty soft. Did I point out the extreme and refreshing tingle? Most likely through the menthol content. Love it. Can make it feel just like my locks keeps growing lol! I'm going to be using this until the jar finishes. If I see any results I'll post about any of it and repurchase.

* Hairstyles: I've been wearing my hair in a bun a lot. Or under a wig. Last week I wore my locks right to my aunt's party but that's about any of it. Protective styling for the earn! I need to buy even more wigs though because it's getting to that period in my stretch out when cannot be bothered to fuss with my hair.

* Speaking of stretch out I am 9 weeks post by next Wednesday. I have no ambition to relax anytime soon. Especially Since I've been using the Sulfur 8. I can go to at least March, probably even April. The idea of using a Just for Me consistency softener instead of full-out relaxer is certainly intriguing. Either that or my favourte Ideal No-Lye with EVOO blended in. A local BSS started holding the Ideal Smart-Lye relaxer which includes caught my eyes.
